                                Eg:- Malarial parasites in female anopheles mosquiotes.
3. Cyclodevelopmental : Only change in form, but no multiplication in numbers.
                                  Eg:- Filarial parasite in Culex mosquito**, Guinea Worm in Cyclops.

·         Secondary attack rare in Chicken Pox & Measles, while common in Typhoid & Pertusis.
·         No carrier /subclinical cases in Measle & Pertusis, while carriers are more imp in M.meningitis & Diphtheria.

·         Salmonella typhi,paratyphi A & C are not Zoonosis while paratyphi B is Zoonosis.

·         CEREALS are deficient in LYSINE and PULSES are deficient in METHIONINE.

·         Influenza more common in WINTER in world, but in india it is more common in SUMMER.

·         HIV sex distribution in world- M:F = 1:7-10
But in india, M:F = 3:2 (as Females are not diagnosed due to TEST STIGMA)

·         Remember, RUBELLA is not a SEX DISTRIBUTION of Dz.
